AJS Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 360's D-Line preview Kelly called it the deepest group on the team. Very high praise for the unit from them. Quote

I like that they are thinking a little out of the box and tinkering with putting Orlando or Beech as DE sometimes if some teams are just trying to power run it down our throats. Looks like Mcnaboe will likely start at one DE, he is only 240....pretty easy for him to get pushed around by 300 lb lineman. Quote

Ratelle was that size wasn't he? Quote

So much for your facilities being used to the benefit of the entire university! Let alone to mens and womens athletics. Funny thing thing is one of the big reasons they haven’t been invited to make a jump is because their other programs are still stuck in basement while football gets the Cadillac facilities. McFooly is such a tool, he is no ally of UND! WOW you are delusional - have you looked at our SB, BB, indoor track, outdoor track, Baseball venues? Yours is the school that concentrates on 1 sport. Look where ALL your sports placed last year, all in the bottom of the conference, yet your AD gets an extension. Quote

UND competes in all their sports and has an expanding facility plan. Fargo Ag U doesn’t even offer college hockey nor do they have a top hockey facility, so by default, you have no grounds to even argue. 2 Quote

Not sure how not having a hockey program makes someone’s observations irrelevant to a discussion about facilities, but ok. His point stands though, it is completely false to say NDSU doesn’t have competitive facilities outside of the football program. Basketball, baseball, track and wrestling all have seen massive improvements in their facilities in the last 15-20 years. Quote

Basketball, baseball, track and wrestling all have seen massive improvements in their facilities in the last 15-20 years. Take the bickering to a different thread, this is about 2022 UND football. McFooly is an antagonist. Even a NDSU fan should be able to see that. To slight either UND or SDSU indoor practice facilities because they have a indoor track is pure stupidity. Why wouldn't you build a facility to be as efficient as possible. and Yes, NDSU has also done a nice job with several of their facilities, I can't imagine Tom Miller getting on the radio and saying anything otherwise. As for Hockey, of course UND is going to put their focus on that. It may be a niche sport, but it has been very successful and very profitable for the UND. Does that mean every school should have it? No, and while I love seeing college hockey expand, having it some be so large bring some of the charm to it; you really get to know some of the other programs. My personal opinion, I would love to see NDSU have hockey. I think it would be a great immediate rivalry game and as we have seen with other new programs, there is potential for early success. Though that isn't going to happen and that's. Now can we stop the pissing match about irrelevant crap and get back to UND's Fall season? 9 Quote

AJS Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 Anybody with a good memory that has looked at the available tickets around this time in years past. How does this year look compared to other years? It appears to me that there aren't as many available as I would have normally thought. Is this correct? Student tickets: 210-212 Opposing tickets: Top of 218 Season Tickets: I clicked on buy season tickets and although you could pick most sections there weren't that many seats available Outside of opposing tickets being given back, would there be any other large groups of tickets that would become available? Ticket sales seem to be pretty strong. Quote

SIOUXFAN97 Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 i think it was und' fb insta page yesterday had an inaccurate throw from tommy two gloves that a rb or te had to one hand to catch and netted about a yard...exciting play to highlight on social media. Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted August 15, 2022 Posted August 15, 2022 Tom Miller day 11 quote The center-quarterback exchange caused UND problems all practice — both with quarterbacks under center and in the shotgun. I don’t like it! one thing to have someone beat us - whole another thing to beat ourselves - we tend to do the latter every now and then Quote
