NDSU: Don't let them score a TD. NDSU / JMU games last Spring, not that. Limit NDSU to one or less big plays (50+ yards). Weird one being ok with conceding one. Blackouts are lame. Always have been. The key to doing color games is to pick colors that stand out. Some colors don't work well with TV. If Penn State did a "blue out" it would look silly. NDSU did a Green game once in college, that was at the peak of NDSU fan devotion. It looked like trash. Forest green, like black, doesn't pop in the stands. Kelly green on the other hand, does pop.
