Case's time was short lived with Texas State... eventually ended up at an NAIA II directional school in Arkansas and then poof -- gone. Quote

They may want him in early to communicate with him, have him develop relationships with Badger players and other potential recruits and maybe or maybe not make an offer. Usually the athletes have some options as to which weekend they will make their visit. Badger staff may have re-evaluated their priorities. 2 Quote

One of the things Saban did when got to Alabama was to hire a woman on his staff. He said many of his players were raised by a Mom, Grandmother or other adult woman. Too often without a father or even a consistent father figure. He found it was very beneficial to have a woman communicating to his players on behalf of the other coaches. Quote
