Got a call this afternoon that my youngest had to get a rapid test after school today so she can go back to school tomorrow because the school thinks they might be able to contract trace her to a classmate on Monday. But not yesterday Monday.....a week ago Monday. F-n lunacy.

To go back to school or play in a non UND FCS game?

UND one of the 14 "pre-approved" sites eligible to host playoff games.

Top 20 schools not on the list are Richmond (12), UC Davis (13), VMI (14), SIU (16), Nicholls (18), UIW (19), Monmouth (20).
Maine (roughly 30th) is the only unranked school on the list.

So who hosts if two pre-approved sites have their team playing each other?

Higher seed?
Higher bid?

UNI because of #QualityLosses?
UMD because of Covid forfeit protocols?

Like they are going to make anything clear....

During the bracketing process, the committee will pick eight of those 16 preapproved sites to serve as a first-round host based on the makeup of the bracket.

The quarterfinal and semifinal host sites also would be selected from the preapproved sites based on the makeup of the bracket.

In pre-pandemic times, the higher-seeded team had the option to host preliminary-round games, depending on the availability of its facility, in the FCS championship.

Looks like no Nichols tents in the running.

It was embarrassing to the NCAA as well.

To the point that permanent locker rooms for visiting teams are now a hosting requirement (though a temporary structure can be used for half-time).

UNI short on D linemen, took a freshman offensive lineman and have him playing D. They are so short on D line that they may have to play a 3 man front instead of 4. Why won’t UND do that?

We already play a 3 man front

Missouri State finishes off league play with a win over Youngstown and clinches a share of the league title. May not make playoffs

Youngstown should bow out of next weeks game and the MVFC should schedule Missouri Stare to come to Grand Forks.
