My favorite part is seeing all of the tweets, facebook posts, etc. from opposing fan bases trying to shift the narrative to anything besides the fact that we won our 8th national title! Our team won the national championship and it wasn't even close. We are the best team in the country and it feels amazing!

Absolutely, it is not even debatable! 6-2, 5-2, 4-2, 5-1 over the 4 games that really matter.

For a little guilty pleasure I read the in-game discussion from the Championship game on GPL last night.   It was fun to see them go from pulling for Qinnipeac to being resigned to the fact that we would win and just hating on UND.

I knew my post about North Dakota hockey would bring out the hatred from the fan base but I defy any fan to dispute the facts presented in the post. Dubay is a disgrace to college hockey.

I feel bad for the guy...had a dream job covering the team he loved and just gave it all away due to addiction.  Hadn't heard much about him in the past few years so did a quick search and found that he's obviously still struggling as he was arrested on drug related charges just last April.  Also saw that he had been fired from Tom Barnard Podcast in 2014. As far as his comments, he's a Gofer homer so I'll leave it at that.  Hope he gets the help he needs.

Addiction sucks. I am so glad I never got hooked into that stuff.

I think it started when his wife left him for his own brother. Some people turn to alcohol. Dubay turned to illegal drugs.

As a fellow human being, I am pulling for him to get his life in order.

I thought St. Cloud a hair better than Denver, but they had a bad night from their goalie at the wrong time.

It's always something with some people.  He's the kind of guy that made all other teams hate the Gophers when they were still a good team in a good conference instead of the fifth best team in their state. 

Years ago they complained that we had Canadians on our team, then they got a couple kids from North Dakota and an Austrian, and couldn't complain about that anymore.  Then they picked fights and lost, so complained about getting beat up by cherry picking a few single people's actions over decades.  Today the team plays clean, physical hockey (20th in penalty minutes this year), and all they can do is regurgitate their same old rhetoric. 

You would think someone who is trying so hard to escape his own trainwreck of a past would know the difference.

I haven't bothered to hear what Dubay had to say, only know what I've read here but to me, it seems like Dubay is simply trying to do a couple of things in his attack of UND: throw some red meat to his Gopher faithful and bait UND fans into a verbal spat to help his own ratings. I'd say the best comeback would be to not acknowledge the whiny comments from a guy who, frankly, lacks any credibility. He should get his own house in order before bomb throwing others. Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

They put together a collection of play-by-plays from over the course of the season set to music. I really liked the song but have no clue the name of the song or artist but would like to buy it on iTunes. Would anyone be able to help me? It was kind of a poppy song. Please help this metal head, I'd really appreciate it!

There is an app called shizam (I probably spelled it wrong) but when that sing is playing you activate the app and it will tell you the artist name and song title.
