Thanks. How is it?

Others probably have more informed opinions than myself, but overall, I think they are finding there way and aren't afraid to adapt and try new things to find their niche.
Good quality but like any restaurant these days, you're going to pay for it.

I haven’t been in EGF in a long time. Is the old Whiteys building being used?

It's now Bernie's, and the food is pretty good. I had steak last time I was there.

More tap-dancing in here than a grade school recital:

Right now it’s day by day

At this point, as of today, yes I am reopening,” he said. “But I’m not committing to the fact

Semi-Pro Tip: When you're at Zorbaz order the Lowden pizza.

Pro Tip: When you're in Grand Forks craving a Lowden, Up North Pizza has all the same ingredients to "build your own Lowden."

quick real estate question to settle a bet.....got talking about parrot's cay and how when the owner hears about how small it is he says "you gonna pay my increased rent if i move?"....

so...pita pit has been closed for a while......would their rent have been higher or lower (per sq foot) if they would've moved into the old Subway downtown on Demers compared to their 32nd ave s location?

you would think with the olive ann across the street something would go into the old subway location?

The Olive Ann is new right? When did that get finished/open up?

Anybody stay there or know anybody that has?

opened a few days ago......the building that sky's is in was totally redone (sky's and cloud 9 events center on top floor stayed the same) but the rest of the old FNB buidling was redone and the addition towards central......

looks very very nice.....a coffee shop on the main floor is expected to be open soon

don't know anyone that has stayed there yet

++just down the street the "Artisan" is gonna another nice addition to downtown........ 8 or 9 high end hotel rooms with retail on ground level...brown company/family doing it so it will be top shelf stuff.

Opened last weekend but grand opening is next week I believe. They’ll have a Crisp and Green and some type of coffee place on the main floor below Skies.

not sure where they will put their garbage thingy by the alley but the coffee shop will have a small little outside sitting area on that little patch of grass facing the alley....

Thanks for the info everyone! Drove by it the other night and knew they were doing construction all summer but didn't know when it officially opened. It looks really nice from the outside!

having that lobby lit up and open (24 hours) will make a much more attractive look than the empty main floor closed at 5pm.............now the bathroom showroom on the corner of 3rd and demers needs to move somewhere else...............that location would've be better/perfect for tea and crepe!
