If the seniors keep performing like seniors should, yes, having someone who can run with 17 and 22 makes life miserable for teams looking to match (neutralize) against a your top scoring line ... so which is it? What I like more is 10 and 19 have found a new friend. This 27 fellow is channeling his inner Cole Smith. Me likey! And hidden in all that? 14 (a guy who'd center a top six line most places) is freed up to plug in as needed as situational specialist (faceoffs, PK) because of fourth line minutes. Need to shorten the bench late in a game? Move 14 up. It takes a lot of courage to just have the strength to tell someone that you are having issues, let alone air them out for thousands of people to see. If his post encourages even one person to sit down and discuss mental health issues they are having its done its purpose and then some.
