A little brain-tease to divert any anxiety for awhile (disqualifications for Googling):

Two girls ate dinner together.

They both ordered ice tea.

One girl drank them very fast

and had finished five in the time it took

the other to drink just one.

The girl who drank one died

while the other survived.

All of the drinks were poisoned.

How did the girl who drank the most survive?

Girl who drank them fast avoided the ice cubes melting, unlike the girl who nursed her one drink.

The real brain-buster would be "if gfhockey drank 50 iced teas in the time that the one girl drank 5, would enough poison leak into his system to potentially damage his six-figure salary?"

It has to do with clearance rate of the toxin induced by the diuretic properties of the tea. Am a toxicologist.?

Poison is in the ice.  The girl drank it so fast that the ice didn't get a chance to melt. The other one was so slow the poison was able to fully dissolve in the drink

You guys are hilarious.

MM technically had the right answer as the poison was in the ice cubes, & the one who drank her 5 iced teas quickly didn't absorb any poison.

But since he is on a self-imposed boycott until another poster does something, SWSiouxMN wins.

Thanks for playing. : )

Was at practice at TD Garden today. Mac was on the ice shooting.........in shoes.

Am I the only one that wouldn't want to see him play even if he was cleared today? I think you have to have fully healthy bodies on the ice. No weak spots. Plus, I wouldn't want to test his rust in a one and done format.

After the boys get #8 and are invited to go on tour, maybe he can suit up.

The folks in the twin cities would probably pay to see some championship hockey.
