Rock Chalk Fighting Hawk Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Let's not forget that Collin Adams was on one of the best lines in the UShl this year. His linemates were Rem Pitlick (leading scorer in the USHL) and Matej Paulovic. The CPP line of the USHL Quote

"Constantly" being loosely defined here, I suppose In all seriousness, didn't know it offended anyone. I'll try and put it into a more pertinent thead. 1 Quote

Stoney also posted the link on Twitter this morning, too. Thanks Scott. I don't think it's something to get all worked up about, his link was more exciting than some of the stories making the news this morning. Quote

The one I remember was Kevin Maxwell leaving after his freshman year to play with the Canadian National Team in prep for the 1980 Olympics. Back before pros were let into the Olympics, Canada and the US had Olympic teams that played all year together before the Olympics. They'd played exhibition games against colleges and usually kick the crap out of them. Ed Belfour only played one year. Hrkac played two but he took a year off in between to play with Canadian National team. Quote
GeauxSioux Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Mickey Volcan did the one year stint the same year that Kevin Maxwell did. I remember a game where Volcan was on the blue line and a Gopher player tried to enter the zone with the puck. Volcan flattened him. The crowd went nuts. 1 Quote

UND85 Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Has anyone seen the rest of the schedule yet for the season? NCHC games are listed but would like the non conference ones as well. Quote

I thought Volcan hit the hardest, especially for his size. Ludwig was relentless and would drop in front of any shot. Howard Walker was the scariest to look at. He often looked like a man amongst boys. 1 Quote
