Nodak78 Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 This what we are up against in the polls. BMac is in love with the CAA and SoCon Ohio Valley. SoS be damn. Now he says Big Sky is tough than MVFC. Moves Sac St ahead of the Jacks. I don't have a problem with that. He places Mont St 4th place with a 3 point win. UND 24th place. SoS be damned. https://gridironheroics.com/fcs-football-poll-ballot-bmacs-week-10-vote/ Craig Haley is much better. Craig Haley @CraigHaley · 29m Top 15 sneak peek to my FCS ballot: 1-South Dakota State 2-North Dakota State 3-Sacramento State 4-Montana State 5-UIW 6-Holy Cross 7-Weber State 8-William & Mary 9-Jackson State 10-Samford 11-Idaho 12-Furman 13-Chattanooga 14-Montana 15-North Dakota Quote
Nodak78 Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 Massey rating. Quite a few team below us in Massey ranks but stats poll will be ahead of us. Similar record maybe one win more but terrible SoS schedule. https://masseyratings.com/cf2022/fcs/ratings Quote
Popular Post CMSioux Posted November 6, 2022 Popular Post Posted November 6, 2022 FCS Basement Podcasters: UND needs to win on the road, everyone UND beat is no longer rated, SOS is a secondary criteria, MVFC is down this year. The Sicatoka Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 Massey: 13 (+3) Sagarin: (not updated yet) Massey has UND with 9th toughest schedule to date and projects it to be second toughest by season end. 1 Quote
Kab Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 We will be left out if we go 7/4 need to be 8/3 now if northern Iowa was 7/4 they would be seeded like Rodney Dangerfield says, we get no respect take care of this coming week and see who else is left Quote

UND Football Fan Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 Just like the old D2 days being in the tougher region. Consistent winning seasons will get us there. Consistent winning will not only get us respect but also get players making plays to win in tighter/tougher games. Quote

Kab Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 I see one prognosticator on AGS has us in the first 4 out and Montana in the last 4 in and beating Mont. State. MSU should win that one in. Bozeman Quote
Sioux95 Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 (edited) In theory, it's still possible for 6 teams from the Valley to get to 7-4 or better, correct? If ISU-R ends up at 6-5, then I don't see a scenario where UND finishes any worse than the 4th team in from the valley if they win one of their next two. I would think that would get them into the playoffs, but no guarantee. That said, I think we've got a decent shot at ending up at 8 and 3 with a lock on a playoff spot! Beat USD next week and go from there. Edited November 6, 2022 by Sioux95 Quote
