Pollsters do not like inconsistent teams.

I don't expect UND to move much if at all this week as they won a game they were supposed to win.

Winning solves everything and is what UND controls.

Control what's your to control.

I’m glad we agree.

While they are still taking into account whatever preseason info was fed into the calculations:
#10 in Massey (+1)
#18 in Sagarin (-8, Nebraska getting boat raced and UNI losing by 16 didn't help)

Massey predicts a 30-28 loss (47% chance to win)
Sagarin says SIU is 1.32 points better than UND and then add 2.11 for the current home field advantage.

We need to go at least 1-1 the next two weeks, obviously 2-0 is ideal but if we lose both we are out of the polls.  If we lose to SIU, but then beat what seems to be a really good Missouri State team at home, we'd be ranked again but I have no idea where, probably back up to 18-20.

Damn even McFeely tweeted out support for UND ….I have seen it all !

“I don't pay much attention to FCS polls. I don't think many voters in either major poll watch many games outside of "their" team. FCS is largely regional/local. But .. How can UND throttle No. 7 team in the country, be 3-1 vs. FCS, and not be in the top 25 of the coaches poll?”

Did Mike watch the UND game? See: the "tap out" comment.
How else would he know of MoiSt's lackluster second half and terrible body language in the fourth?

Glad to have another fan, Mike. :D

Mo. State the new UNI?

They've lost three games in a row and still get ranked higher than the team that handed them their @sses.
