interesting that brian jones was retained when the new isu coach took over...normally don't they just  sweep it clean?

Usually but doesn't always happen.

Believe when Sather came here, he kept two of Jones' assistants.

very good evaluator at talent just seems like he couldn’t get talent to mesh

They won some games though.  I think they meshed alright some years

Nah, he filled in as interim head coach when Muller was let go during the season. New coach didn’t retain any of Muller staff.

Wow! $75 million donation is just pocket change :D

I would think this points towards St. Thomas planning on moving to the Big East at some point down the road.

Not sure if the Betty can do a true "bowl" due to the corners.  But deffinitely could do higher end seating.

Could do what they did at the SHAC, in regards to the ends.

As long as they don't do what they did to the rest of it.
What a waste of money that project was.

Amazing what can be accomplished when you don't have an adversion to "spending other people's money". :silly:

Know of any alumni that have recently sold their business for $3 billion? They would be good people to start with.

Even ndsu found someone that sold their company for $2.7 billion and got almost 1/3 of their practice facility covered.

Right time, right place kind of thing. Not a whole lot different than the REA/Betty.

Waiting for a similar but much smaller "official" announcement sooner than later than will be pretty cool for UND and the community. It's fun when parts of renderings come to life.

I want bowl seating, or what we can do, and fans closer to the court. At the Omaha game, fans were sitting courtside. I feel like many years ago we had true courtside seating too for at least some games.

Moody with two straight games with 26 points for Montana. Good thing we got rid a ND kid on the roster.....you know because we are so good now.

Unfortunately there was no way we were going to be able to keep him. Too many personal things for him behind the scenes that led to him leaving UND. Would be nice to still have him in a UND jersey though!

Aanen's choice to leave UND... noone 'got rid' of him.

Glad he has figured it out and has found success.
