I just have to say more than a day into this tribute thread for Ken and 1 GUY (F4S) has replied?  REALLY?  Very disapointed in true SIOUX fans here.  Al Pearson is also fighting like hell to hang on and his daughter needed some help via GOFUNDME but that ALSO turned out a disapointing response.

WTF!   I get it if you hate me here and want me to go away - I WILL - but i can't believe UND Hockey fans would prefer to joust about the pros and cons of TRUMPISM and national politics and ignore the trials and losses local GF people we all have loved and cherished and the issues they have or are going through.

Pfizer vaccine was just shown to be 90% effective in recent trial and is looking to it roll out by month's end. If there is one thing Trump can do before he leaves office it's get an effective vaccine out to the public. Biden won't even consider  a vaccine until it's 100% effective......just like the flu shot??? Similar to wanting zero cases in his mind. I see he put Osterholm on his Covid19 advisory board....wasn't he the one advocating a couple  months ago for another national 6 week lockdown? Any effective vaccine will be kicked down the street by the Biden administration because then the Democrat party as a whole loses power on the ignorant people who think government should control everything.

Just as many thought the election cured Covid.  Chicago schools going back, Massachusetts schools going back regardless of their counties color level, and now an effective vaccine.

Heard Sanford is preparing for vaccine delivery in December?  I guess we will see but to have something at least be available is an accomplishment that will be overlooked and kicked down the road 6 months so a different administration can pat themselves on the back.

I think we’re headed for a relatively brief(2 weeks or so), but very strict lockdown. During this time, testing will be quietly slowed and cases will “plummet”. This gives the optics that if we had done that from the start it would have made a difference and we will slowly get back to normal around Valentine’s Day.

I dont know who Ken Towers is/was and I haven't eaten at the moon in 20+ years. As for Al pearson, I have heard of him but again never took a bus of his to an away game. That doesn't make me any less of a fan, I just dont know either of them well enough to discuss them. Get off your high horse and quit whining!
