I have known Hunter since he was a baby and the his mom and family for even longer. I won’t get into the details of the surgery to honor the privacy of the family, but this is a very serious injury and and his dad said, a long and detailed surgery. If you are the praying type, please take a minute to lift Hunter and his family up in prayers.

Hunter is an outstanding young man, anyone who has met him can attest to this. This really sucks. I do know, though, that he will attack rehab with unwavering faith, great attitude, and unstoppable work ethic. It doesn’t look good now but he’s the type of guy that will find success in this horrible situation. Give em hell Hunter.

I can barely imagine what it is like to go through something like this. Hunter sounds like he is an outstanding young man with an equally fine family. I am encouraged that they have a solid faith life. I too will say prayers.

I told Hunter's roommate Noah Mortel that we are all praying big for him for a full recovery!!!  God bless this outstanding young man and his family!!!
