DeBoer turns team around and makes playoff 1st year, and makes to National title game. He leaves for a better pay/opportunity after 2015 season. That year Lennon is done at SIU. DeBoer takes most of his staff to that next HC opportunity. Chances are we hire Dale if not Bubba. Dale coaches a few years 5-7 or 7-5 ball and retires. Then AD keeps it in house and hires Bubba 2020 season. We could be in the same place as we are now if we went with DeBoer.
