I agree with the statement that says the 9 seed is treated the same as the 24 seed. If you are a top 16 seed in the country, you deserve to host a playoff game no matter how small your stadium or school is. Seeding the top 16 teams will also help solve the problem with regionalization. Now sure, they can always drop down a team a spot to ensure they play close to home, but it it would not be as easy. First time a school has even been chosen with five loses and first time a school that was 7-4 has not been chosen. We can only control the games and we should have won two more than we did but we pissed them down our pants. That's not the committees fault.
