Having the last names on the back of the jersey does not mean you are all individuals and not a team. So far from the truth and honestly such a soft mentality to have by some coaches. Yeah, good luck winning with the old fashioned “we’re a team and not individuals” talk in this era of name, image, and likeness and the transfer portal. Your top talent will just transfer out.
