Freuchte seems like a great leader and  coach. I liked his play calling this season, but it would be a little odd to hire the second choice at OC after Danny left… and following a losing season.

Right. Can you imagine if Bubba stepped down last year and we hired him as the new HC, every single person here would have lost it. I do agree though that he seems like a good leader and coach.

It’s been mentioned in other ways, but Fruechte CANNOT be the next HC, even though he’s a guy I wouldn’t mind keeping on staff. The AD’s lack of imagination and commitment to actually climbing to the top of the heap would be so obvious.

If it makes you feel better I live in Cincy and can tell you that Skyline isn’t adored by everyone. If you were raised here you are more inclined to like it, but if you move here from somewhere else it’s either a hit or miss. So you probably didn’t miss out on anything too important.
