The D had no answer for ISU's impressive tandem at RB. Ty Flanagan ran wild 119 yards and James Madison also hit the century mark with 106 yards. This program cannot sustain any momentum what so ever, its frustrating, mind boggling, etc. This cannot keep happening, the scene has changed since 2015 with a new AD, budget cuts, etc. This team needs to be more successful than it has been... period. Now... what I will be interested in is this: How will everyone in that locker room will respond to this one. Do they finally get it together and tear through the rest of the schedule? That TD pss to Wanzek was a terrible throw and should have been picked. Kett is not good, finally getting to see him throw in person yesterday was underwhelming. His arm isn’t as strong as people were saying. His mechanics are sloppy and leads to bad throws. His decision making is also suspect at times. I would like to see what Zimm would do.
