UND1983 Posted July 14, 2018 Posted July 14, 2018 Their fries are Top 3 for sure. Wendy's and Burger Time being the others. Burger King is dead last. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted July 14, 2018 Posted July 14, 2018 Outside of the fries I'd only eat at Dirty Ron's if all the other food was free and they gave me $20 to boot for the corresponding 2 days of GI distress aftermath. Quote

Arby's curly fries and regular McDonald's. Best fast food out there. 2 hours ago, fightingsioux4life said: Just look up the calories on the internet and you will think twice about putting those in your body. Don't know about that. Dairy Queen's are pretty horrid as well. Only time I get DQ fries are with a chicken strip basket that includes gravy. Enough of that gravy and the fries are edible. (It's no patch on Big Boy gravy from Bismarck, but that's a little too far to drive for fast food.) 1 Quote

Possibly the best fast food meal on the planet. 1 Quote

JohnboyND7 Posted July 15, 2018 Posted July 15, 2018 McDonald's fries are mediocre compared to Dairy Queen. Quote

ChrisUND1 Posted August 9, 2018 Posted August 9, 2018 Tried a grinder for first time in months last week. Bread is super dense, chewy, and much heavier than the old days. That said, it wasn't a bad sandwich, but super heavy. It might be the same recipe as the Pepper folks keep saying, but something is different in the baking process. Quote

geaux_sioux Posted August 10, 2018 Posted August 10, 2018 The bread is one thing but tonight i got some hard shell Schneider’s at the newest pepper and they were absolutely terrible. The white sauce tasted way way off and the shells were stale as can be. I have yet to have a visit to the newest store meet the standards set by the other locations. They have a ways to go. Quote

Per GF County land records, sold to "Batis Development Company" in June. From their website, looks like they've done a lot of restaurants, including Freddy's Steakburgers and Red Robins, among other things like fitness and retail. Quote
geaux_sioux Posted August 27, 2018 Posted August 27, 2018 Has anyone noticed a change with the cheese at the Pepper? Specifically with how it melts on cheese tostadas? I think they switched up the cheese. Haven’t enjoyed a tostada from there in many visits and I used to love them. Quote
