ChadR Posted February 8 Posted February 8 Watched Becoming Wild with Vinni Lettieri. He said he thought he was coming to UND, and last minute Minnesota swooped in. Thought that was interesting, especially his grandpa being Lou Nanne. Quote

Well Glen Somnor has passed on but maybe Lou would have made the road trip himself to try and change his mind if he had committed to UND. Quote
AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Parise scoring for the Avs is weird, but good for him getting more games in. Not his fault the Wild offered him such a lengthy contract. 1 Quote

Goon Posted February 11 Posted February 11 2 hours ago, jk said: Pinto also led Ottawa forwards in ice time. Sanderson out hurt. Quote There is still no timetable for Sanderson’s return from an unspecified lower body ailment. While it’s not considered serious enough to place him on long-term injury reserve, he must resume skating before he can even think of suiting up in another game. Interim head coach Jacques Martin told reporters before the game against the Leafs that Sanderson was doing off-ice workouts, was making progress and was hopeful he’d resume skating this week. “We’re happy with how he’s progressing, but we’ll have better idea (on his return) as the next week develops,” Martin said. “We’re not sure at this time when he’ll be back on the ice, but I would expect that will be sometime this week.” (link) Quote
UNDPUCKS Posted February 11 Posted February 11 Barring any injury, (no jinx please) TJ Oshie will play his 1000th NHL game on March 1 in DC. Nicely done. 1 Quote
