Disagree.  The only name that needs to appear is the name on the front of the uni.   We're a team, and names on back signify individuals.

Lots of schools don't have individual names on the uniforms for the very reason I said.  Whether you agree or not is a different matter, but that's why.

For some old fashioned coaches that may be the case. However times have changed. Having the last names on the back of the jersey does not mean you are all individuals and not a team. So far from the truth and honestly such a soft mentality to have by some coaches.

Having a name on a jersey makes it easier to call them out by name when they screw up. 

Why do you think NCHC officials now only have numbers (and removed the names).

With the uniform talk, I’ll just forward this here. Simple is better, green jerseys, white pants, but don’t over do it. As for road, I actually prefer white tops and black pants, but white on white ain’t bad either. Go back to circa ~2007 for best look.

Yeah, good luck winning with the old fashioned “we’re a team and not individuals” talk in this era of name, image, and likeness and the transfer portal. Your top talent will just transfer out. 
 

Names on the back of the jerseys isn’t a huge issue, but not a problem at all if we decided to put the last name on the jerseys

Ugh that sucks. Just booked my flight up there yesterday. Staying at a friend's cabin Thursday and Friday night....driving in to Boise Saturday morning.....won't even be able to tailgate.......that blows!
