It will take a year before I think we see the Hastings effect, but he gets so so much out of his teams. Iron sharpens Iron. B1G making the right moves as a conference in the coaching area. Every team now with quality guys leading their programs. New guy at Sparty will get a ton of NTDP kids with the promise of attack mentality hockey that hasn't been a thing in East Lansing for a while. The two guys that built up the program are destroying it. 11 years of what now feels like lies. The big ten is going to kill college hockey with spending. It's not like football and basketball where there are bottomless pits of money at other schools.
