This is a good thing. Even kickers need competition.

It's a college roster. Lots of space for a FG specialist and a KO specialist.

If this guy can kick it into the end zone consistently, this is a big deal for this Football team. It would instantly fix what I think is the biggest problem they have on Special Teams (other teams starting field position off kickoffs).

I am a big fan of Graetz and his tape (I know nothing about QB play) but why do you think there was a lack of offers? Or I guess maybe he had them but they were just underreported beings he was committed to the UofM.

Honestly? 6'4" but just 190*. He better add some muscle to that or he'll shatter when hit at DI level.

*WR Maag is 6'4" and 200 and looks slight out there.

Couple updates.  Offeree Lamar Mullins committed to Tulsa, and offeree Tyler Hardeman committed to Sac State.  Both would have been great adds......

Looks like Tyler committed right after his teammate Joe Wagner, who wiki says we had interest in.

Per UND360:

  • As we reported on January 16th, UND QB recruit Logan Graetz is scheduled to visit campus this weekend. Bubba Schweigert and Danny Freund have been hard after the River Falls, WI native for the last month or so. We now believe within the last week, NDSU has circled back again on Graetz, who initially committed to the Bison as a preferred walk-on. We’re hearing NDSU will be home visiting Graetz later this week and making a scholarship offer.

This is turning into a battle for Graetz.

Oh great.

Once again, I hate those motherf*ckers from Fargo so much.

Screw the qb competition. It’s gonna be a juicy kicker competition this year. Can’t wait.

Ha! It will be good. Although I wouldn’t be upset if Freund loaded up on QBs - including even a transfer - to get the most out of that position. More competition is always needed at that position.

Good QB play usually equals plenty of wins.
