Popular Post Siouxphan27 Posted August 5, 2016 Popular Post Posted August 5, 2016 Wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy a season long zoo pass and go look at the Penguins whenever you wish? 6 1 Quote
bigskyvikes Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I never knew why many of you were always so hard on DaveK? Until now.........wow! 1 1 Quote
MafiaMan Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 People cheer for who they want to cheer for. Nobody was a Patriots fan and you NEVER saw a New England jersey anywhere until Tom Brady came along. Seahawks fans are everywhere now too. How many die-hard Bison fans and UND haters in Fargo are HUGE North Dakota hockey fans? LOTS! And they're chastised here too because some folks don't understand how you can be a fan of both teams. Everyone needs to relax and let DaveK be DaveK. He's a Gopher hockey fan now. Big deal. 4 1 Quote

He kinda seems to revel in it, doesn't he? I've never picked at him (that I recall) because I don't know him. Although we're both in Fargo, so I may have met him? One thing is for sure; If DaveK and I ever meet for a beer, I hope it's a day I'm wearing Bruins gear 3 Quote
Popular Post Trunk Monkey Posted August 5, 2016 Popular Post Posted August 5, 2016 The culture that has been built within the men's hockey program is nothing short of exceptional from the early days of John Noah to Reggie to Gino, Dean-o, Hak and now Berry. What a privilege it is to be able to watch these young men compete at the highest of levels of college athletics while building a life-long bond to the program, to a brotherhood and to its storied history. That alone goes way beyond a logo and nickname. I WILL always cheer for that culture that so many people have given so much to make and I will always cheer for the University of North Dakota hockey team! 7 Quote

I would rather lose with integrity than sell my soul to win. Lol you're a bit dramatic, aren't ya? First, you say it's just a sports team and it's entertainment then you imply current UND fans are selling their souls... can't have it both ways. 7 Quote
Popular Post The Sicatoka Posted August 5, 2016 Popular Post Posted August 5, 2016 Dear Dave, You are entitled to a viewpoint. I never said otherwise; however, I am not, in any way shape or form, required to respect your viewpoint. I will go to my grave defending every American's right to their viewpoint, but not all viewpoints are equal so some I don't respect. In this case, I view you as a textbook definition turncoat and see your viewpoint in that light. And, before you retort it, no you don't have to respect my viewpoint either. Signed, A University of North Dakota fan 13 Quote
focker Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 Only 10 year olds pick teams to like based on their name alone. That's so weird I can't comprehend that any adult would ever do that. I am glad you are no longer a fan DaveK. Please stay away. Far away. You are a perfect Gophs fan. They can have you. 2 Quote
Siouxperfan7 Posted August 5, 2016 Posted August 5, 2016 I miss the good old days of DaveK's self imposed ban on this site. Probably more than I miss the Sioux name and logo!! 2 1 Quote

The judge should have thrown the book at him and forced him to attend every single B10 hockey game this year. Now THAT would have been punishmnent! 3 Quote

That's not entirely true. That meth comes from somewhere, produced by someone, trafficked by someone, sold by someone. Somewhere along the line, blood is shed , people have died, and more families wrecked than can be imagined. You'll never hear out of my mouth that drug use is victimless. 2 Quote
