I think I can satirically help everyone out on some recent events given the aforementioned. The failure to grasp their own language has caused a few recent disputes. One being the KVLY/Midco fiasco down in South Dakota. I don't get this rule at all. UND played a stock FCS highlight video before the team was announced. The same one that NDSU will have to play this weekend.
