They develop better and are more reliable than kids from elsewhere. Yes, this one hurts and UND needs to build on ND and MN student-athletes; however, NDSU is yet the top destination in terms of college football in North Dakota. I've heard both NDSU and SDSU have gotten a few good kids this year. We didn't have our first commit until July 29th last year(Grady). We seem to be happy with last years class. Odd that you'd bash the kids from Canada since NDSU made a late offer or two to a couple of the kids that were already committed to UND last year.
