I think a point into the second is puck support and 5 to 10 foot passes.  The cuteness has to stop.  Giving the goaltender way too much respect.

Also:  don’t give up a goal less than 2:00 into the next period.

Entries haven’t been clean at all. That’s the start of the problems on the PP. Not a good period but up 1. Only have to play 40 now since they don’t have to worry about playing a full 60. Worried about a puck bouncing over a dman stick in the offensive zone and Merrimack getting a break the other way with the way the ice looks.

I love how the announcers are talking about how this is what Merrimack wants, after a 4 shot period by them.  Wow, really?

Who did those stats.  Geesh. Only 8 faceoffs the whole period and 11 shots total.   Und 0 for 1 on the pp. ESPN sucks a$$.

There will definitely be some breakaways with the way the puck is bouncing

Let's get back to that good pressure from the start of the game.  That sh*tty ice isn't helping though.

Going to have to play simple hockey. Pucks in deep and grinder goals. I've seen some bad ice in regionals but this looks like it could be the worst!
