Which players on the team are you okay with sitting in the stands every game? If you keep swapping players out you mess up lines and chemistry.

He came from the MJHL. The odds of him playing over healthy players was slim. If he leaves UND will just replace him with a similar caliber player.

He was brought in as an extra body. Only playing over other injured players. You need players willing to be practice guys sitting in the stands during games.
