Don't think he plans on following the coach to Iowa St. He was originally an NDSU recruit but flipped to the Rabbits. New coaches at NDSU so he may end up there, but he would be a good get. Quote

I wonder does the coaching staff do exit interviews on these kids to get an idea why some of them thrive and love the program perhaps in spite of limited playing time while others just can't wait to get out of here even if playing a lot. Is this the world we live in today, instant gratification and greed? Would like to see a profile chart of real reasons for leaving. 1 Quote

However if they are out the door in their mind they may not share much. Similar to a job exit interview (speaking of a waste of time). Wasn't it shared that Mal had meetings with her team and the next day they all went into the portal? Quote

Your best bet might be meetings with team Captains to see what is going on, what is working and not working to find out why players are leaving. Its odd because the few players I've talked to love playing for Schmitt. I spoke with one guy early before the season started and they had just had a conditioning session earlier in the day. He told me they were working very hard and he loved it. I'll be interested to see where some of the guys end up. If P4, than I will understand. Anywhere else it is a bad sign. Quote

CMSioux Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Let's say you have 100 players and you lose 10, that is 10% and each one has a different reason. Quote
