Oldguy Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 SHOW UP ON TIME TOMORROW. That said, not a bad comeback after two lackluster periods tonight. Quote

brianvf Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 Miami could have won that a couple times in OT there. Then Blake scores on UND's only OT chance. UND outplayed Miami for large stretches tonight, but played too loose in the defensive zone and missed the net on too many of their chances. Miami had more quality looks tonight than DU had all weekend last series. Need to clean it up tomorrow and get the full 3 points. 3 Quote

Blake seems frustrated. Nice comeback win. Kudos to Ludvig. He finally seemed to settle in and made some crucial saves to keep UND in the game but also from Miami winning or extending the lead. 2 2 Quote

Wilbur Posted February 3, 2024 Posted February 3, 2024 After giving up a breakaway goal and awaiting his deportation notice from the UND faithful, Ludvig shut the door and his team came back and got him the win. 3 Quote

I mean in the end, we got spaghetti and more importantly chilli, so there's that but, yeah real ugly. A lot of that game looked like chili on spaghetti...especially on D. Tomorrow we roll! Quote

UND should roll with the same forecheck they came out with in the third period. Idk what it was, but two forwards deep and force Miami to chip it out. Miami couldn’t breath most of the third. Agree they carried it good to start the third, but the ten minutes after the delay were the worst of the night. Could barely get it in the zone. 1 Quote

Thought I'd switch it up today and play with different sticks. I decided to switch to my old Nike Sasquatch driver and a MacGregor putter I got when I was 12" 1 Quote

Ludvig will be between the pipes. He's usually really good in a game following a shaky start. Those aren't all on him. His D was a bit pedestrian at the beginning of the game. He played pretty well after he settled down. 6 Quote

There’s a reason why @Goon has talked about Miami’s crappy webcast production. I have talked about it a bit. The amount of money we spend on NCHC TV is worthy of occasional critique. 2 Quote

I thought he would have been pulled after that 4th goal, but he did shut em out in the 3rd (why I get the big bucks for being the couch coach) He deserves to play tomorrow night. Hopefully his nerves are settled. Quote
