Ultimately, that is the difference between winning a lot of games and being stuck on 2 or 3 goals and possibly losing them.  Persson has been lights out most nights, but being a bit off tonight we definitely needed having several snipers with their best stuff tonight.

After the big DU weekend....

Every team in the NCHC has now played 6 league games.
UND is in 2nd place, 2 pts behind SCSU and 5 pts ahead of DU.

More importantly, they stay at #1 in the PWR even with the OT loss.  They were #6 entering the weekend, so a very nice bump up there.

Things will normalize once SCSU has to play the top teams in the NCHC.

I would have agreed before last night. Not a bad way to break up a win streak (1 pt & 33% of a pairwise point). Think that refocuses them, when otherwise they might have been flying too high.

Sports for fans is first and foremost entertainment.  This team is really fun to watch. Berry has thrown out more than a couple clunkers in his tenure that have been brutal to watch and have provided little entertainment value. Not so with this squad.

You will never eliminate all complaints. But you will have far fewer of them with 12 teams vs 4 teams.

An arguement could be made for Florida State when deciding the final 4 teams.

If we were going to the 12 team field this season and you had the top 11 and Liberty in the field and you are comparing more teams and resumes for consideration I would put the Seminoles 8th behind Georgia, Ohio State, and Oregon....pretty sure Vegas would agree as well.
