Man you are such a loser. You're lucky that @UND-FB-FAN is on here or else you'd be the biggest clown.

Someone a little sensitive today, huh? What was said was not wrong (ie UND is 2-1 but has several areas of concern), but you being a soft, sensitive you know what is the issue here.

When you lose it doesn’t matter you did some good things cause you lost

When you win it doesn’t matter you did some bad things because you won - wait - what?

everyone knows there are some shortcomings and things to work on but only most admit we did good things and like the direction

that all said I feel everyone here wants our teams to succeed

And honestly I don't feel great about next week's game at SIU.  So honestly I have a lot of the same thoughts as you, but your attitude is just complete horses**t 99% of the time and it gets so damn old

So you agree with my thoughts, but my attitude hurts you? On an online forum?

My God society has gone soft. Grow up.

If you don’t want to hear criticism, stick to just reading the UND athletics website. Reality is there is always good with the bad, or bad with the good.

Sioux fan 97 I have been a fan of UND football for long time and can remember when we were at very top of football but also when we were very bottom. The Pat Burns era

was very bottom for UND football where we weren't even competitive. Then came Roger Thomas era where it took nearly decade to get to times you remember. This wasn't done over night but took years to reach that level where they were dominant and the people on this sight today would have wanted to change coaches numerous times.  It takes time to build a program here to build relationships in the area to recruit top talent and people that want to come here and build a program. The people that have been here as coaches and present coach have done alot in doing this by promoting the facilities we have and ones were working on to get built at UND.  This has been done when our college hockey team has sucked up much attention of und fans and supporters. Then not to mention how SU south has built program to suck most attention for most of the upper Midwest. I see a program that is getting better and we have made playoffs several times and last time two years ago we won playoff game and were competitive but lacked depth in personnel to make a deep run in the playoffs. These are things that i see improvement in now with this team now and the future.

More than one way to do things.

Yeah, I do actually agree with you on some things....some times.   I am totally ok hearing criticism/negative comments, and even hearing them....4...5...6 times...but hearing the same basic comment the 50th time since Fall Camp just gets old.  You can spare me the soft comments though coach, your comments did not hurt me at all, the repetitiveness of them  just nauseate me after a while sometimes, there is a big difference between the two.

With an absolutely crazy weekend of youth sports, I haven't had a chance to give my thoughts, other than a few frustrations early in the game yesterday.

I said it last week and I will say it again; this is a game we lose last year. Last year we had one score losses, this season we have 2 one score wins. That is progress folks!

This was ugly for the majority of the game. Just UGLY! BUT...... we won! Thats what matters.

Not only did we win, but we won on the road. Take this into next week! Big showdown at SIU. You could say they will have confidence. You could say this could be a trap game for them given the big time win. I could care less what it is; I just want to see us play our game and get a W. The next two weeks are huge for our season and UND needs to make progress each week (ahem ... secondary).

Siegel made a nice play, but I thought I saw him miss on a few plays too.

D line needs to get more pressure this week.

Would love to see Danny get to open up the playbook a little earlier. Trick plays can't happen all game, but let's not wait until the very end of the game to light some fireworks.

Congrats to @Wright4UND and family on Jack's TD ... it was a big one! Way to go there!

Bo is such a stud, and what and all out effort to get in the end zone. This is not a slight to the Bison and I don't need stupid responses but given who his dad is and that they could have likely had him in Fargo, they have to be wishing they had offered the kid. Congrats to Bo and just being a dude! Keep it up!

Keep it goin boys! Also prop to Danny for some of those calls and to Bubba for giving him the flexibility!

Great Post.

So you are allowed your opinion, but anyone who engages to disagree with you with their own opinion is open to criticism from you? You can't have it both ways.

To me this was a great early season win:

- road
- gut check come back
- lots of "talking points" for coaches this week to keep focus

Yes.  In some ways it was a "perfect" win.  Came through in the clutch both offensively and defensively when the game was on the line, and on the road, to boot.  BUUUUT, so many lessons to be learned as to why we shouldn't be in that position in the first place.

We won by 2 against UNI, 3 against NAU, so I am going to say we keep pace with the improvements and win by 4 over SIU;)

Didn’t watch the game, just the highlights. Looked like NAU was running a hook & lateral of their own on the last play of the game, but even if the receiver hadn’t touched his knee down, it looked like the D was ready for it—guessing our D has seen that play in practice.

Tremendous individual effort on that play and he deserves all the credit.

What yesterday’s win showed me - as well as the entire season thus far - is that UND needs to keep giving the ball to Bo Belquist and Tyler Hoosman. Those two players just make plays with the ball in their hands.

Any way they can convice Siegel to switch over to offense?!! :D
