These two recruits fill the necessary holes that this team needed.  This is a pretty good class coming in that will help the squad improve massively.

Have we now filled all of the available scholarships?

This looks like the beginnings of a very good UND basketball team. This will be the 3rd year in a row I have said this.

I see a similar bounceback like the womens program did last year.

So if you split everyone up into their positions, you would roughly have.

PG:

Trent, Grant, Hong

SG:

Nero, Norman, Eaglestaff

SF:

Danielson, Levias, Omot

PF:

Victor, Sueker

C:

Mathews, T

Picking a starting lineup for this group is going to be tough.  Anyone want to take a crack at a starting lineup and important reserves?

Very tough  I agree, I don’t think Danielson will see many minutes next year if everyone is healthy.

Grant/Trent

Nero/Eaglestaff

Omot/Levias

Sueker

Mathews

This is going to be nice because we will be able to rotate many different lineups and be able to play who is hot at the time. This also should be that we will not playing players huge minutes and wearing them down and having bunch of injuries. Also we will be going from very small team on the floor to where we can be quite big. I suspect some of the older players on the team will see less playing time this coming year but i also think we should have much improved line-up. I am excited for this coming year and see hoe all these players develop and play important roles for UND Basketball.

Probably not a lot, could see Sueker at the 5 some.

sueker is so damn athletic he can play the 3 4 or 5....

this team went from zero fun to can't wait to see these guys play together (and stay together)

my guess

1. nero

2. trey

3. bj

4.victor

5. sueker

I will go with:

Trent

Nero

Ndouko or Danielson (trusty guy)

Sueker

Matthews

Off the bench you have Levias, Omot, Eaglestaff and Grant. All will push to start and will play major minutes I would guess. T too I guess but I hope he sees a major confidence boost. He has some scoring ability but seemed to lack any confidence in my opinion.

It’s been some time that I’ve been this excited. There’s a lot of unknowns still but I’m optimistic.

Yep, so many different lineup combinations they can go with next year.

I’m not a Knowledgeable bball person but how does geno and new guy play in same team?

In Europe a lot of teams have Clubs under one organization, so they have a Pro team and then age based teams.
