Und246 Posted October 30, 2021 Posted October 30, 2021 According to the radio announcers they said home clock operator was about 20 seconds late in starting the clock a little earlier in 4th quarter too. Add that to our mismanagement of clock and that probably cost us the game. But then we add in our miscues on a couple of 4th down plays and we gave that game away in so many ways. Quote

Having a young man make a mistake while going all out or or something similar is one thing Having a coach with 30+ years of coaching experience regularly make questionable game decisions at critical moments is a different thing. Probably an even bigger let down after the later fumble on 3rd down. I can't imagine there isn't some serious heated conversations happening between the staff. At some point folks internally will have to start asking WTF is going on. Quote

You are right. It wasn't great. The defense did give up almost a third of MSU total yardage on those las t2 drives. Just seemed like a total collapse, at least it did over the radio. Quote

If hockey, $ would be there to fire/replace incompetent coaches. Ultimately, Bubba will be UND’s coach in 2022 unless he retires/resigns. New coach in 2023 at earliest. Quote
