UND-FB-FAN Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Couldn’t stop the NDSU QB running game at key moments. Poor tackling like some said. Disappointing. und offense also too inconsistent. Timing was off with Zimmerman and receivers, which is expected I guess considering it’s Zimmerman's first start. UND running game never got going. All in all, this game was worst case scenario for UND minus any major injuries. Damn, Damn, Damn oh, and screw the bison. UND and Bubba have a lot of work to do. 4 Quote
SiouxBoys Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 To nobody's surprise, NDSU fans feel the need to defend a personal foul. 1 Quote
Oxbow6 Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 All NDSU fans will say this is what they expected from this game. Most UND fans will say UND is better than they showed. All I know is the chasm between the 2 programs is as wide as ever. Quote

northernraider Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Cliche, but next weeks game might be determine rest of the season. SHSU is a quality opponent, but not near NDSU level. We loose that one, start the coaching search. Quote
Fry Bread Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 If it wouldn’t of been for missed tackles and dropped passes they would of beaten the spread. 1 Quote

tnt Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Their third down defense again needs to find a way to get off the field. No answer for NDSU’s play calling. Also, how about a few back shoulder throws against their defense with big receivers like Wanzek and Toivonen. Again, it looked like they just wanted to try and keep it close, no really aggressive play calls. 1 Quote
Oxbow6 Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 428 to 230 in total yards but passing yards were even. Quote
Nodak78 Posted September 7, 2019 Posted September 7, 2019 Sam Houston plays at 6pm on ESPN+. let's see what we are up against. Quote
