Is it just me, or do we run every time Studs turns to the backfield?  Seems very easy to read, unless he does some play action after those checks.

UND doesn't have the offensive line to play the way they want on offense against decent teams. Showed against Utah, showing against USD, hell even Missouri St gave the line trouble. The offensive line simply is too soft for this type of offense.

Unless UND runs the table, this loss likely knocks them out of the playoffs. This is an embarrassment and likely will be used against them for an at-large bid later on.

UND could lose a game in the BSC and still make the playoffs.  But it certainly hurts for playoff ranking.

i' m sticking with my 8-3 prediction...but we got some work to do with this o-line....

Even if we average 500 yards/gm after his on offense I'm fine with Rudolph being gone. New qb after this season. No reason to retain him. He's had plenty of time and the excuse of the WRs not being any good doesn't exist anymore.

Yes this, we couldn't pound it against Missouri to start the game and they are supposedly the worst team in the MVFC?  We had to throw to open up the run against them, that should have been a sign.  We don't have the OL to compete against good defenses.

USD Coach Nielsen in his second year at the helm. I'm real concerned about what he'll be doing in his third and fourth season at USD.

Agreed.  Need a new playcaller.  Need a young innovative guy.

I think Joe Glenn was in charge for a couple of years before Nielsen took over. I don't think you can put Glenn and Mussman in the same boat.
