I did a little checking on transfer quarterbacks UND has brought in over the years. The rosters on the UND athletics only go back to 2003, but since that time I counted nine QB transfers. Braden Hanson obviously worked out in the one season he was here. Nate Ketteringham had his moments. The rest played either sparingly, or not at all, and generally only lasted a season or two on the roster before transferring out.

IMO it's rewarding commitment in some manner (because nowadays the word commitment doesn't mean squat).

The offers tell you what the coaches are thinking. They’ve been after a lot of wr. We have nice hs recruits but I would bring in 2-3 portal kids from JUCO or other unis. We need to go at least 5 deep with dangerous guys. You saw what Tarleton thought of our WRs. Greg Hardin and Kenny would’ve had a field day against that coverage.

I think we beat the drum every year of getting a burner WR to make opposing teams have to drop some guys out of the box and respect our passing game a bit more, but we haven't seen that guy show up on campus yet.  Have to believe this is almost priority number one for coach Schmidt.

Significant work needs to be done on offense, no doubt. What they were trying to do at the end there was futile and simply wrong. And now lost Sawyer Seidl to amplify the work that needs to done. Unfortunately, offensive regression cost the team championship possibilities based on how defense was playing. 

Lots of factors went into said regression, but accountability, not recognition, is needed to fix it...
