Last year's USD team and this years are two very different teams.  Point is valid though in that just because UND lost on Saturday doesn't mean they are destined to this Saturday.

It just seems pretty different two years ago. We were riding high. Had the swagger rolling into the ndsu game and bam we win and now this year doesn’t seem like there’s no swagger or confidence after that beating we took last week.

Disagree: in 2023, UND was coming off crushing and humiliating losses at Boise State and at South Dakota State before then beating lowly Western Illinois at the Alerus just prior to playing ndsu. Then went on road vs UNI and laid an egg.  
 

Bottomline is UND is a different (and better) team in the Alerus than on the road, although we’ve seen adequate road improvement this season under Schmidty across the board. 2025 UND is A LOT better than 2023 UND in my opinion. UND will be a different animal this Saturday compared to last Saturday. Come by the AL and enjoy. Time will tell. UND football supporters should be ready to go.

I always love the pot shots at the media guys.  They're no different than Schlossman or Miller (who Izzo has on all the time).  The best media coverage in the FCS and probably better than most G5s as well.  

That's like saying Schlossman is no good because he's in Grand Forks.  Yeah...actually he should be an NHL writer I agree with that.

2025 UND may be better than 2023 UND.  But the real question is how much better is 2025 NDSU than 2023 NDSU?

It won't turn into FD North - I know a bunch of NDSU fans that won't come to our building, they think they are being cool.  I was great with it, less Bison fans the better.  There weren't that many at the last game, iirc.

Family of 6 with some food and drink, 1 night hotel, it's a $1,000 game......makes the sofa look OK.

Both programs are better off than they were in 2023. We’ll see how it goes… two really good FCS football teams between the white lines on Saturday …

That game KO return TD, blocked punt that led to a TD, INT that led to another score. This game will come down to who plays clean on offense and special teams play.
