Damn, Wright transferring bums me out but I get it. He didn’t get as many balls thrown his way as I thought he should have. Really crisp rout runner with reliable hands. I always thought we could’ve gotten more out of him. Hoping he kills it at his next stop.

No one will ever know. He didn’t show up in big games (but that’s not entirely HIS fault), however, he was otherwise very consistent and played in a lot of games for UND.

I don’t think he’d have any more eligibility but who knows these days.

I maybe didn’t phrase my thought the best.  What I meant was Tommy was a last minute stop gap addition to his recruiting class with zero division one offers and committed without even visiting.  To get three years of even average play out of him is actually kind of a miracle in my book…let alone what he did in many games in his career (albeit with big game struggles).

That’s as much an indictment on the staff as it is praise for Tommy.  Without Tommy 2021 spring season is probably a flop…and fall 2021 is likely even worse.

Agreed.

Although understandable, there's no way to spin Kilty entering. The Ocansey one you can try to, but we'll see. Spin would be, I'm not surprised a CB left, because although unproven, it's definitely the most talented potential defensive unit in 2024. So much of how I feel about CB going into next year relies on Hembry returning. (w/ Hembry there would be 5 guys who would expect to be on the 2-Deep -- now there would be four). I'd be fine if the 2-Deep is Hembry / Bluiett w/ Dixon / Bishop backing up.
