I recall only one "difficult" save from Driscoll on that 2 on 1 in the first or second...otherwise it seemed like Cornell scored on all of their decent chances.
They only had 17 sog, his save % continues to go down.

I'd love to see a start from the Swede tomorrow to see how he can do.

I never want to see Driscoll start a game again

Hopefully a blessing in disguise. Hellsten starts tomorrow, needs to take advantage. I would try Johnson too backing up Hellsten.

Driscoll has had way too many chances. He’s one of the worst in the country.

goaltending was not good either.

Where did Scheel end up this year?  That was a huge loss to lose him early.

Until proven otherwise, UND is an average team. Nothing great or special.

But it’s been shown that average teams can win 4 games in row for a title.

Yeah, this is a team that could win four in a row...they just need to learn how to win 2 in a row first.  Ha.
They played well enough to win tonight, just lost the goaltending battle.
They've set themselves up for a good seed in the PWR though as long as they don't plummet in the 2nd half.

Played 9 games in the A.

Now in ECHL

He signed a PTO so he was basically on a tryout

I’m getting fired up, I really believe this was the shift we needed for Driscoll to become the #2 guy. Finally! Hellsten starts tomorrow and they get the W.

Cornell just GOT SWEPT by AZ. Nuff said. This was a rotten performance by UND. Driscoll had a horrible game. He was not well supported by our D-men, who usually save his bacon. And our forwards just flat out didn't score enough (albiet they were the least of our problems tonight - score 3 and you should be able to win).

This was absolutely a game you can't lose and somehow this team did.

Driscoll was awful all night, give Hellsten the opportunity and see what he does with it.

Just another night where this team shows who they really are. Might be leading the conference somehow but this isn't a championship roster or team and is the type that you hope just sneaks into the tournament gets a little luck and plays their best hockey of the year.

Spot on

Don't understand some choices goalies make when they leave early. Just look at the guys that came before you and how many r in the NHL
