Seeing that makes me shake my head.

It's like only driving the front half of your car into the garage in a hail storm.

...a hail storm that the meteorologist said would be basketball sized hail and it turned out to be pea-sized.

I think we're 20 years out from large scale batteries, and that's not really all that far. But you must keep baseline load support (coal, nuclear, nat gas) online until the new baseline load support (batteries charged by wind, solar, hydro) are in place. Why? See: California rolling blackouts. Put another way, the Coal Creek and MR Young power stations are closely monitored for emissions; the local diesels that power businesses during peak times (or rolling blackouts) are not so much.

Nuclear is the most green (no CO2) baseline load support. Gen 4 nuclear plants (they eat their own waste!) are our baseline load solution long-term. (And I'm not saying that just because I'm a former nuke.)

See, we do agree on some things. ;)

Matt Groening pretty much ruined humanity's opinion of nuclear power, unfortunately. Chernobyl and 3 Mile Island didn't help either, haha.

Trying to cloud the issue to make your feeble argument hold a little more water?  5G doesn't scare me or most......most including myself acknowledge that there has always been a component of socialism in America, the argument is over what level that should be, Antifa should be treated like the criminal element it is, Bill Gates is rich and out of touch like most rich people are, most including myself are all on board with black lives mattering.....just not making the club of lives that matter exclusive to any one race....vaccines are good for the vast majority of people but it's not unreasonable to express caution over being first in line for one that has been fast tracked like none other in history......which brings us to masks......unless medical grade and put on with the proper training....their usefulness is minimal and the people that truly need to worry about Covid (old and already sick people) should not be basing their feeling safe on the 30 year old liberal arts graduate that has a cheap cloth mask on with her nostrils exposed at the local starbucks.

Keep on fighting the good fight wide open flop.

I find it interesting when asking about "green energy". Most folks are for it when that's left as the query.

But ask how much more per month they're willing to pay for "green electricity", the positivity drops.

Our present fossil fuels are heavily subsidized, too.

"Conservative estimates put U.S. direct subsidies to the fossil fuel industry at roughly $20 billion per year; with 20 percent currently allocated to coal and 80 percent to natural gas and crude oil. European Union subsidies are estimated to total 55 billion euros annually."

That’s a very good question. It would appear Liz used her government position to better user herself. What do senators make 194,000.00 a year? Or something like that.

Or maybe she just used campaign contributions.

Words matter.  Nashville failed to publicly disclose specific covid-19 data.  That article doesn't show any fabrication.

The city health overstated the reported cases in bars and restaurants.

"month later, the health department was asked point blank about the rumor there are only 80 cases traced to bars and restaurants.

Tennessee Lookout reporter Nate Rau asks, “The figure you gave of 'more than 80' does lead to a natural question: If there have been over 20,000 positive cases of COVID-19 in Davidson and only 80 or so are traced to restaurants and bars, doesn’t that mean restaurants and bars aren’t a very big problem?"

Where did they fabricate numbers?

Yep, mostly peaceful. Tell that to the people that lost property.

Quote

“The protests in late spring were mostly peaceful, but damage from looting and arson will cost $1 to $2 billion in claims. That’s according to the Insurance Information Institute. And that would eclipse the previous high, the 1992 riots that followed the acquittal of four officers in the beating of Rodney King,” O’Donnell told viewers.

The health dept only had 22 cases attributed to bars and restaurants.  But released the number as over 80.  The mayor's office doesn't want to comment.

So they had 22 cases June 30 and a month later said there were over 80 cases.  Are you saying there were no additional cases a month later?

They don't want to comment because they've been blaming bars and restaurants for spread when, with 80 cases out of 20,000, that's not the case.

Hopefully they mostly confine the rate increases to the Minneapolis metro area to recoup their losses.  The "woke" people should be allowed to experience all facets of what their actions can lead to.
