They did a little bit last year, haven't yet this one. But I dont think there was any method for it when they did it last year vs after every goal. I've posted it before but the New England Patriots blow the air horn and follow it up with "Crazy Train" on third downs. It's pretty sweet and would combine what we do now with something fans know.
