AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted December 5, 2023 Posted December 5, 2023 Schmaltz adding a good shot makes his game that much more impressive. He had two goals last night. Quote

LuvHockey Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Dang! Austen Matthews passed Boeser in total goals (23-22) now. What a great start for Brock. Quote

I read in an article prior to this season quoting Brock saying that he was not satisfied with last year and that he intended to increase his focus on the game this year. Very humble guy, it seems. AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted December 27, 2023 Posted December 27, 2023 Charlie Burggraf steps down from his PWHL head coach role before it even starts. Had him as a youth sports coach (not hockey); great guy and easily the best coach I ever played for. He possessed great perspective and taught me some lessons outside of athletics. Quote
scpa0305 Posted December 28, 2023 Posted December 28, 2023 T Jost put on waivers. Tough to see how his pro career has went along. He is the definition of a player that left college hockey (way) too early. 2 Quote

He’s still only 25 years old. As my uncle used to always say, if you can’t have a beer at the bar after practice with the fellas…stay in school. 1 1 Quote
