That’s 3 games at the X. That was the going rate right from my Wild account. I believe the conference made money at that rate. I just paid $62@ seat for the semi final game at the Ralph. The championship game will be $78@ seat if it’s at the Ralph next week. Gotten expensive to watch college hockey. I believe the NCHC was promoting some $25 tickets to the conference tourney last year; anything to get butts in seats. 1 Quote
terbele Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago While $60 might be a lot for some, many of the same folks shell out a lot more for a concert. Ticket/Event/Concert prices every where have increased dramatically. 1 Quote

Dustin Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I know this is getting a little off-topic from the title thread (NCAA Seeding), but including conference playoff tickets in the season ticket package has always struck me as....interesting, intriguing, some other feeling??. They are conference tournament games, and not even guaranteed to occur as described on the ticket. In the future, could/should all the NCHC playoff rounds be included in the season ticket package since there's a potential they could be at the Ralph? Should the NCHC require season ticket packages for all teams to include playoff rounds in the event that your team hosts a game or series? I'd hate for us to be beating the drum about campus regional sites, but then not fill the building for a conference semi-final or championship. Quote

The quarterfinal games are included with my season tickets. When they don’t play at home, like last year, you get credited for them the following year. 1 Quote

But I think they'll have to lower those prices if we are going to have these games on campus. I have lower bowl tickets and sell them when I can’t go. Not once did I sell them for less than $60. So am I missing something about the price of these tickets? Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I was born confused and had a relapse. if we are concerned that a 16th seed Holy Cross would possibly mean a number 1 seed UND would have to go out East for the regional why don’t we wish for a number two or three seed to improve the possibility that we go to Sioux Falls? Because the odds of beating a team like HC are substantially better than a much higher-ranked Augustana team with a goalie (Kotai) who may cop an attitude & start channeling his inner Matt Davis. Kotai has 5 shutouts this year & is posting 1.99/.938. 1 Quote

Jody was on all the radio shows this morning practically begging people to attend the game this weekend. Pathetic, sounds like NDSU trying to fill the Dome for a playoff game. Quote

What I am saying is that since the whole conference tournament will be in home rink, to encourage attendance, maybe put the conference quarterfinals, semi-finals, and championship in the season ticket package. No other fan base obsesses over other team's goaltenders like ours. I sure hope the players don't allow good goaltending stats to get into their heads. I believe that 80% of success in sports is from the neck up. As for wanting to play Holy Cross, they gave us fits in 2004. And we know what they did to the Goofs in 2006. So be careful what you wish for. Any team can trip you up this time of year. As long as we don't come out flat and play at our best, I won't be as disappointed as I was two years ago (2024). That postseason left a bad taste in my mouth for a long time. Quote
