Well the box score on CHN from the UND/UNO game shows attendance was 0, so I guess he must be right.

I've seen others mentioning the low attendance as well, but not using it to push their agenda of keeping NCAA regionals at neutral sites.

Uscho show attendance at 11,400, I’m sure it’s helps that season ticket holders are billed for first round p,at off games when they renew

Spring break and there are a number of high school sports tournaments happening in many places as well.

Just a cursory glance at this forum would suggest the national tournament means exponentially more to fans than conference tournaments too. That doesn't fit his narrative though so he won't acknowledge it.
