Wow. What a weekend. Solid conference win for UND football and a sweep for the hockey team.

And you and the soccer beat the state college today on the road

And with any luck, my last place beer league team can get win number 2 tonight to cap off a great weekend of sports.

Now that St. Thomas is coming to the NCHC, we will see plenty of Karl and it will always be a story.  Give it some time and Schloss will catch up with him and he will say glowing things about St. Thomas and he didnt leave UND on great terms.

Apple Valley guy so kind of a homecoming for him.

I feel like there was a lot of people on SS, including myself, that thought KG would be HC at UND (which I guess he still could).  Interesting to hear people say he’s not ready. He’s in his mid 40s. He just looks like he’s out of college.

1.Rickwood definitely star of the game. 2.Zellers has a real nose for the puck. 3.Didn’t even notice Menghini tonight.
4.Livinavage may be in Hobey discussion.

Ghini might ride the pine next Friday. But probably not.

I thought both Reschny and Zellers were more noticeable this game than on Friday. Helps when you get a goal too. The college game will start to slow down for them soon.

These two will always score the goals that should be scored. Reschny does so much on the ice for his teammates, that it’s easy to overlook. He’s so good.

Mark Parrish is brutal to listen to.

Think it’s important to note for context that he thankfully is overcoming a pretty brutal alcohol addiction. He can be a little much but he’s at least he comes off genuine and if this job keeps him happy and in a good place I’ll take it. (The latter is his life + the family’s going down the drain again)
