Everyone can call out the coaches after the fact when a player works out, but the same ones would be the first to complain when we have a roster that "has no talent". Zach Yon looked to be a great college player from his high school career, but many complained about him when he was here. So true. Spectator sports fans are very adept at the "woulda coulda shoulda what if" game. Quote

Between this and a camp UND has put on in the spring It's brought a lot of very high end potential recruits into the building that maybe don't usually get the chance. It's something the coaches haven't got a lot of credit for implementing, but it's a good thing g for the program. It obviously has potential, but will Berry actually use it to his advantage? Or, is he working on trademarking the new NorKota jerseys to replace the NoDak ones swept under the rug? Quote

SiouxScore Posted March 9, 2023 Posted March 9, 2023 Really like a couple of Moorhead kids. I'd be all over the Soph. Lindberg, reminds me a lot of Frisch. Reirson has been impressive too and would be a kid I'd be watching closely in JRs Quote
minotsiouxfan Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 I believe Mackley Morelli was named to ND all state team. Certainly has the bloodline. Quote
franchise Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 Anyone know if UND was after Jayson Shaugabay? Seems like he'd maybe like to follow Oshie and Nelson to the Sioux Kid is incredible Quote
SiouxScore Posted March 10, 2023 Posted March 10, 2023 I really like Ryan Lund, showed a lot of his offensive skill today Quote

Definitely is, a lot of players will end up playing D1. As it relates to our program….the only uncommitted player i could see is Fischer. Pilgrim looks the part but he’s being spoon fed by shaugabay. His vision doesn’t look the part. Quote

Then he actually did well in the ushl this year. So our miss I suppose. Quote
AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted March 11, 2023 Posted March 11, 2023 Bobby Cowan looks like a D1 player. Would be a major coup to get an Edina kid up to Grand Forks though. Quote

Shaugabay is great but that whole top line brings something. I don't know that I'd offer Pilgrim or Marvin-Cordes yet but I'd definitely be in contact and making sure they know we are interested, really like Comstock too but size will likely hold him back and the freshman Hontvet will be one to see how he develops. Heavy contact with Reierson and Lindberg of Moorhead too. Edina has a freshman West that is one to track. Hill has a couple younger guys and then the goalie Erickson is one I could see popping up in JRs. Cathedral had a couple solid Sophs. Tonka and Andover I think everyone is committed but Scheetz is a guy I really like and he is another one Vermont got committed early, they have been very active in MN last couple years. Quote
