Can't remember for sure what USD was picked preseason in the MVFC...but if the 8th team in the Big Sky beat the #2 in Big Sky they'd all be tripping over themselves to say how deep the Big Sky is. They will probably lose to SDSU which would give them at least 3 losses. SIU had an FBS win and was 4-0. Wish we wouldn't have given up those two garbage TD's against them. We had a 27 point lead on them with 7 minutes left in the game. jdub27 Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 Patty V on the FCS playoff selection committee process last year: "It sucked" Interesting to hear her openly talk about the commissioners going as far to right a paper outlining expectations, meeting with the selection committee and expanding on their expectations. One of the big things is that strength of schedule will be focused on more and they will at least acknowledge Massey and Sagarin.
