Then a bit of a tough stretch with Boise State, SDSU, WIU, NDSU and UNI. 4-3 minimum heading into the home stretch. 5-2 or better would be very nice. What’s important is UND just wins. Beat Boise State in Boise? Would be nice. Beat NDSU in Grand Forks to further hurt the bizon’s feelings? Awesome. Defeat defending champs in Brookings? Tough but not impossible. These should be the goals, not where UND is ranked to start the year. This whole poll watching crap is petty.

The point is, we've seen how hard it is to crack the polls if you don't start in them. Like it or not, that kind of thing is taken into account later in the year.

If UND started the season ranked 10-20 last year, we would have had a home game vs Weber guaranteed. Would have been much harder to place UND in Ogden if they were ranked higher. Pre season polls at the fcs level have a huge baring on the end of year rankings - placements are incredibly sticky.

With all the corruption that exists with Fargo Ag U, you just need to win. UND will lose the NCAA political game, they have time after time before, and it’s clear and obvious now. Polls are included in this scheme.
Kab
Raise your hand if you trust the nc$$ or anyone in administration at ndsu when it comes to being fair toward UND even if we are higher in the polls we could just as well bend over when it comes to the nc$$
90siouxfan
Wonder if these AI bot things would make a footsball pairwise tool?
